Terms of Service

1. About us and these Terms

The 4insta.com service is provided by PRO-Position Jakub Ostrowski, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). By ordering or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

We provide Instagram growth campaigns that help your profile attract real followers from audiences you choose. We are an independent provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. “Instagram” is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate order and contact information.
• Own or be authorised to manage the Instagram profile you submit, and keep it public and active during the campaign.
• Comply with applicable laws and Instagram's terms.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.

4. Subscriptions, prices and payments

Each package is a monthly subscription. The price shown on the site is charged in advance for each monthly billing period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by completing checkout you authorise us to charge your payment method the package price every month until you cancel. Prices include applicable taxes where required. If you need a VAT invoice, contact hello@4insta.com with your order number.

5. Renewal and cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly billing period, at the price then shown for your package, so your campaign continues without a gap. There is no minimum term and no notice period.

You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. You can do this yourself from the billing page linked in every payment receipt we email you and on the confirmation page shown after payment, or by emailing hello@4insta.com. Cancelling prevents any further charge; your campaign continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

We will give you at least 14 days' notice by email before any change to your subscription price. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.

6. Result guarantee and refunds

Each package states a minimum result per monthly billing period, for example a minimum number of new followers per month. If, at the end of a billing period, we have not delivered the guaranteed minimum for reasons attributable to us, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for that billing period, provided you met your responsibilities in Section 3. To claim, email us within 14 days of the end of the billing period concerned.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because your campaign starts as soon as the subscription is activated, by starting it before the 14-day period ends you expressly request early performance. Where the Service has been fully performed for a billing period, the right of withdrawal for that period is lost, and where it has been performed in part you may be charged in proportion to what was delivered. This does not affect your right to cancel the subscription at any time under Section 5, which applies regardless of where you live.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, logos and design, is owned by the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide the Service with due care but cannot guarantee any specific commercial outcome beyond the result guarantee in Section 6. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant campaign. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer rights.

10. Complaints

You can submit a complaint at any time by emailing hello@4insta.com. We will respond within 14 days of receipt.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
