1. Who we are

4insta.com (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) is operated by PRO-Position Jakub Ostrowski, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (the “Company”). The Company is the data controller responsible for your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Information we collect

  • Contact & account data — name, email address and any details you provide when you order or contact us.
  • Campaign data — the Instagram profile(s) you ask us to grow and the target audiences or competitor profiles you specify.
  • Payment data — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number; we receive only limited transaction details such as the last digits, status and billing email.
  • Usage & device data — such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected automatically to operate and secure the site.

3. How we use your data and legal bases

  • To provide the Service and run your campaigns — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To process payments and issue invoices — legal obligation and contract (Art. 6(1)(b)–(c) GDPR).
  • To respond to enquiries, improve and secure the site, and prevent abuse — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To send marketing messages where you have opted in — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing your data

We share personal data only with processors who help us run the Service, including our payment processor (Stripe), hosting and infrastructure providers, and email/communication tools. These providers act on our instructions under data-processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Order and invoicing records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law (generally five years). Other data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@4insta.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site and to process payments securely through Stripe. These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off.

We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can opt out of these at any time using the “Opt out of analytics” option in our cookie notice, or through your browser settings. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — if your browser sends it, we treat that as an opt-out automatically and no analytics cookies are set.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
